Renee Lembke

Renee A. Lembke, 29, of Osage, IA, formerly of Waukon, IA, and Belmond, IA, died Sunday, April 2, 2017, at Osage Rehabilitation Center in Osage from a neuro degenerative disorder. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 7th, at 3:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home in Waukon, with Fr. Mark Osterhaus officiating. Friends may call one hour before services at the funeral home.

Renee Ann Lembke was born March 2, 1988, in Waukon, IA, the daughter of Alan and Ruth (Bloxham) Lembke. She was a student of the first Allamakee Community School District Severe and Profound Special Education classroom. Renee graduated from Belmond Community High School in 2008. She resided at Mosaic II group home in Belmond, IA, for 14 years. Renee enjoyed her interaction with both staff and fellow residents.

Survivors include her father Alan Lembke of Waukon; her mother Ruth Lembke of Waukee, IA; a sister Lisa (Nick) Palmersheim of Ogden, IA; a brother Robert (Amanda) Lembke of Windsor Heights, IA; a nephew Colton Palmersheim and a niece Kayla Palmersheim; and her grandparents: Richard and Edith Bloxham of Waukon and Norbert and Eileen Lembke of Monona.

Honorary casketbearers are Brad, Craig, Rick, and Tom Bloxham, and Larry Lembke.
