Pamela "Pam" A. Winters, 72, of Waukon, IA, died Sunday, November 8, 2026, at her home in Waukon. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 13th, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Waukon, with Fr. Ben Valentine officiating. Burial will be at St. John The Baptist -- West Ridge Cemetery, in rural Waukon. Friends may greet the family from 9:30 AM until time of services at the church on Friday. Martin – Grau Funeral Home in Waukon is handling the aggrangements.
