Janet Marie Seibert was born on November 30, 1957, in La Mesa, CA, the daughter of Dexter and Barbie (Graham) Tuttle. She was baptized and confirmed in California. Janet met the love of her life, Kenny Seibert, and the two were married at Wayfarers Chapel in Palos Verdes, CA, on April 9, 1994. It was a beautiful ceremony overlooking the ocean.

She took in countless cats over the years. Gabriel, Angel, and Rusty just to name a few. After moving to Harpers Ferry, her love of animals grew and she enjoyed watching all of the deer, possum, raccoons, and birds in their backyard. In her younger years she loved to draw and was quite good at it too. Janet was a talented woman and loved making stained glass and arranging her home with beautiful antique displays. Her kindness and love for her family will be greatly missed.

Janet is survived by her husband of 30 years, Kenny of Harpers Ferry, IA; three siblings: Thomas Tuttle of Prescott, AZ, Denise Smith of Peoria, AZ, & Mark Tuttle of Brea, CA; three nieces: Alyssa Smith & Lauren & Tanya Tuttle; and one nephew Christopher Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents.
