Haley Mae Ann Smith, 38 days old, of Waukon, IA, died Wednesday, February 13th 2008, at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse, WI. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16th at 2:30 pm at Martin Funeral Home in Waukon, with Pastor Ken Kimball officiating. Friends may call one hour before services on Saturday at the funeral home.


Haley Mae Ann Smith was born January 6, 2008 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, WI, the daughter of Kurtis Smith and Megan Springsteen.


Survivors include her parents, Kurtis Smith and Megan Springsteen of Waukon, IA; grandparents, Teletha Springsteen of Waukon, IA, Mike and Kriss Smith of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Gary Rosendahl of St. Paul, MN; great-grandparents, Norman Rosendahl of Waukon, IA, Ruby Brockway of Ottumwa, IA and Dale F. Smith of Washington, IA; aunts and uncles, James (Trina) Springsteen of McGregor, IA, Samantha (John) Hancock of Waukon, IA, Angela (Jonathon) Beltz of Cedar Rapids, IA, Shaun (Sarita) Smith of Illinois and Lisa (Dan) Young of West Des Moines, IA; a great-uncle Fred Rudat of Fairfield, IA and several cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, James Springsteen and great-grandparents, Alpha Rosendahl, Ruth Smith and Donald Brockway.
